Rafael Hoffmann Mauriliois a 31 years old design teacher living in Criciúma, Brazil.

His @Rahma Projekt ”was born from the desire to create just for the pleasure of creating. No briefing, no pressure, no client, without pretense. Just creating what I like, the way I like, without worry in explain, make sense or give satisfy. Nothing really innovative or brilliant, just a personal e experimental project. An exhaust valve that combines two of my passions: design and rock’n’roll”

Iain Mckell

In the hills of England is a new variation of the Gypsy/Nomadic lifestyle. It stays true to traditional modes of transportation such as the horse drawn caravan yet, it also includes the modern benefits of technology such as mobile phones, laptops and solar panels. The “New Age Gypsies” represent a modern chapter for individuals and families who have embraced the gypsy way of life. Photographer Iain McKell followed a couple small bands of gypsies in the UK and has recently published a book on his journey with them over the past ten years.
